FEM Analysis

Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis and calculation refer to a series of software tools.

These tools replicate a real test bench, where the mechanical component can undergo static or dynamic stresses, deform, or experience a temperature change. Similar to a test bench, the objective is to verify the design requirements of the component.

 

Unlike a physical test bench, in FEM analysis, this process takes place in a virtual environment. In this environment, the prototype, which is directly formed from the 3D CAD file, can be modified in a matter of moments and undergo a new functionality test.
